Pre Design Feasibility
We provide a planning and feasibility service for any project either residential or commercial. This service is a crucial step preceding any architectural design. We investigate the site suitability, regulatory issues, preliminary budgetary constraints & advice on overall feasibility.

Sketch Design
Preliminary site layout sketches suitable for exploring the general parameters of the project in terms of site usage, area and massing considerations
STAGE 3
3D Concept Design
We specialize in delivering high quality 3d architectural modelling. This can include rendered images & walkthroughs with texturing and lighting that illustrates the project in full 3d perspective.
STAGE 4
Town Planning
Preparation of drawings describing, for Town Planning purposes, the scope of works and relevant external finishes and site conditions. Works include preparation of Site Analysis, Design Response and Shadow Diagrams, Overlooking Diagrams, Energy Rating Assessment.
STAGE 5
Design Development
Advanced stage of design review layout covering external and internal concepts. Development to a final concept.
STAGE 6
Contract Documentation
We prepare detailed drawings and fully specified documents to enable competitive tendering and ensuring the design is fully achieved.
STAGE 7
Tendering Negotiation
Analyse the submitted tenders to compare costs, assess compliance with the drawings and specification.
Negotiate with Builders to firm up pricesDiscuss options with client and or builders.
STAGE 8
Contract Administration
Administration of a contract ensures the project is completed in accordance with the documentation. We also provide independent assessment of all project claims and variations.
STAGE 9
Post Construction
During on Post construction, we inspect the works and prepare final defects listing, moreover we issue the final certificate on completion of all defects and outstanding works.
