Templestowe Iconic Architecture House

Our Iconic Architecture House situated in Templestowe. This was specially designed for this lovely family where they are aspiring for a huge, fun and artistically aesthetic home. Unlike conventional houses, this home design has fully utilized the beauty of its existing landscape to blend in this unique shape, connecting from the frontage up to its highest point at 14 metres height, while still maintaining only 2storey along the entire form.

From its highest point, they’ll have a good panoramic view over the Melbourne CBD through the misty green Templestowe. From this same highest point, there is a roofttop walkway link the back to the front, allowing it to be that perfect evening walk for the family.

There is a beautiful maple tree that has been well preserved. Also, we partially enclosed it by building stairs circling the tree, so that whoever that is climbing up the stairs will be able to enjoy and be amazed from every angle.

Externally there is a swimming pool right below the habitable rooms. Where these habitable rooms are all applied with full height windows, bringing the natural and stunning greenery from the outside right into every room.

Internally, this house will contain 5 bedrooms, theatre room, gym room, etc. A perfect resort like dream house to be enjoyed to the very bit of everyday life.
